Limited One-Year Warranty
We stand behind the craftsmanship of our machinery. Equipment purchased directly from Empire City Coffee Services includes a limited one-year warranty covering all manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship (both parts and labor).
Geographic Scope: Valid within our service areas for the original consumer purchase. Registration must be completed with your representative at the time of purchase.
Complimentary Shipping: Within the warranty window, we cover standard UPS Ground shipping costs to and from our corporate repair center for clients within our service areas.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover machines obtained from unauthorized third-party resellers, damage caused by negligence, lack of mandatory routine cleaning cycles, or the use of unapproved ingredients.
Authorized Resellers & Investment Protection
To guarantee the integrity of your equipment and protect your investment, Empire City Coffee Services sells and leases machinery exclusively through authorized corporate representatives. Purchasing or leasing from a non-authorized reseller automatically voids your factory warranty protection. Please contact us directly to verify your representative before finalizing your agreement.
